SASSI is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Nick Ferguson of Safecracker Properties to develop a new self storage facility to be built in the heart of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard.

Strategically positioned in Sea Point, and ideally located to serve the catchment area of the Waterfront, Mouille Point, Cape Town CBD, Bantry Bay, Clifton and Camps Bay, the new store will consist of over 3,000 square metres of self storage space over two floors. The facility, the first store in South Africa to be fitted out by international self storage steel fit-out specialists, will incorporate the latest trends, techniques and designs seen in self storage developments internationally.

With planning well underway, the store is expected to open its doors during August 2009. The new facility will be branded and managed by Stor-Age Self Storage, South Africa's leading self storage management company.

Nick Ferguson, well known for outstanding and flamboyant hotel developments in Cape Town's Long Street, said: “We are delighted to have SASSI as our partner in developing this new facility.
